This unique class is 1hr 45mins long. It is a combination of baby massage, yoga and movement. Each week you will sing to your baby, dance in bubbles and complete a full body massage. Then there will be time to catch your breath, eat biscuits and chat with other parents.
WHO can come?
Babies need to be 4 weeks old to start, or 6 weeks if you have had a c-section, and then the classes can continue until you or your baby grows out of it – or until your baby is crawling.
WHAT do I need to bring?
• General Baby Changing Bag
• Two towels (hand towels are perfect) to cover your mats/area.
• Bottles - baby will get very thirsty so if you are bottle feeding please
bring your own water with which to mix formula.
• Your own skin cream if baby has been diagnosed with eczema,
otherwise I will provide the oils.
