Movers is a 90 minute, fun filled, busy class for older babies who are sitting confidently and who are interested in the world around them.

The session involves advanced baby gymnastics, bonding through rough and tumble, bubbles, singing, signing, lycra, instruments and story time. 

The second half is all about you! Bottomless biscuits, cup of tea and a chance to chat with other parent's.


WHO can come?
Babies need to be sitting fairly independently and be strong enough to handle light rough and tumble type play. Classes can continue until you or your baby grows out of it – or until your baby is no longer interested in joining in the majority of the routine.

The class is the same every week giving you and baby a chance to learn the songs and movements and in order to develop confidence in your new physical abilities!

WHAT do I need to bring?
• General Baby Changing Bag
• Bottles/ Snacks- Please do not feed baby solids 45minutes/1 hour before class. At the end of the routine you are welcome to feed baby in class so feel free to bring a pack lunch!
• Both parents and baby are best wearing comfy, loose fitting clothing. It can feel like a workout for you both by the end!
