This 'dad's only' class is 1hr 45mins long. It is a combination of baby massage, yoga and movement. You will sing to your baby, dance in bubbles and complete a full body massage. Then there will be time to have a cuppa, a breakfast sandwich and chat with other dads! WHO can come? Babies need to be 4 weeks old to start and attendance is with a male carer. WHAT do I need to bring? • General Baby Changing Bag • Two towels (hand towels are perfect) to cover your mats/area. • Bottles - baby will get very thirsty so if you are bottle feeding please bring your own water with which to mix formula. • Your own skin cream if baby has been diagnosed with eczema, otherwise I will provide the oils.
